38th Greek Festival of Sydney "paints" Darling Harbour blue and white

Sydney’s 38th Greek Festival at the iconic Darling Harbour last weekend was a great success, according to greekcitytimes.com

Thousands of people attended the annual event to mark and explore the beauty of Greek culture.

Once you walked through Tumbalong Park, you didn’t know where to begin or what to do first as there was a jam-packed program with lots of things to see, do and eat. But of course, sipping a Frappe was a priority and the first thing to do.

Australia’s top multicultural festival had two days of non-stop entertainment (including live music from local and international musicians), dancing, plenty of market stalls to purchase little gift and of course delicious food. No one left the festival without a big smile on their face.

As the final day of the festival came to an end, the incredibly-talented Greek singer Giota Negka put on an unforgettable performance that had everyone in the crowd screaming for more…

Sydneysiders, don’t forget this is only the beginning of a 12-week cultural program. For more information, please visit The Sydney Greek Festival.
