The position of Head of Hotel Purchasing at the major German tour operator alltours will be taken over by 57-year-old Michael Nickel from March 1, 2025, who will lead the purchasing and management contracts in alltours’ extensive hotel portfolio in 200 destinations worldwide.
Mr. Nickel has many years of experience in tourism. In the past, he held leading positions in hotel purchasing at REWE-Touristik, Express Travel International, and LIDL Digital International.
Most recently, as CEO of his own consulting company, wini. GO GmbH, he supported – among others – tourism organizations such as Olimar Reisen and Anex Tour in matters of strategic market and product optimization, as well as destination development.
Mr. Nickel has already worked at alltours from 2011 to 2013 as Area Manager of Hotel Purchasing and now returns to the company with even richer professional experience.
