Work stoppages will affect all mass transportation means in Athens as of Thursday, including the metro, ANA reports.

The Athens metro will operate from 09:00 to 21:00, to protest the new omnibus bill being debated in Greek Parliament, cancelling the earliest and latest runs of the day.

They have said their strike will also affect the buses to and from the Athens International Airport. There will be a gradual withdrawal of buses starting at 11:00, and will resume operation gradually by 18:00.

Trolleys will be holding a work stoppage from 12:00 to 16:00. They will be gradually withdrawn as of 11:00 and resume operation by 17:00.
