The workers in the Piraeus-Kifissia overground electric railway, on line 1 of Athens’ metro system, will hold a warning work stoppage on Thursday from 11:00 to 14:00, ΑΝΑ reports.
A STASY (Urban Rail Transport) Workers Union demands the hiring of additional staff, procurements to cover shortages of spare parts that put trains out of commission, reducing the frequency of services and signing of a new collective labour agreement.
