The Patras-Pyrgos highway construction, a project beset with chronic problems including fatal car accidents, will be assumed again by Olympia Odos’ consortium as a single project, Infrastructure Minister Kostas Karamanlis said on Tuesday, ANA reports.
He added that Olympia Odos would carry out the project under a concession contract, without additional cost to the state than the previous circumstances that called for eight subdivided contracts.
