Greek Citizen Protection minister meets with taxi unions ahead of tourism season

Greece’s Citizen Protection Minister Takis Theodorikakos met with heads of taxi associations on Friday, ahead of the opening of the tourism season in Greece, to request they treat tourists with professionalism, ANA reports.

The minister noted there will be more intense checks on taxis shortly and the Greek police will add more staff at airports and other major travel hubs.
