Traffic restrictions imposed in central Athens for patron saint's celebration on Tuesday

Road traffic restrictions will come into effect on Tuesday in the Athens neighborhood of Kolonaki due to the celebration of the city’s patron Saint Dionysius the Areopagite at the church bearing his name. The event includes a procession of the saint’s icon, ANA reports.

Stopping and parking in several streets in Kolonaki will not be allowed from 06:00 onwards on Tuesday morning, while road traffic will be closed altogether from 15:00 until the end of church services.
