First seaplane test flights to be launched on Sunday in Greek island of Corfu

The first seaplane test flights in Greece will commence on Sunday with a 10-seat Quest Kodiak taking off from the port of Corfu to fly to Paxi and other Ionian islands.

The test flight program is the result of the collaboration between the Greek seadrome management company Water Airports  and Greek airliner K2 Smart Jets with Japan’s Setouchi Holdings and Mitsui & Co. Ltd., who bought a majority stake in American seaplane construction company Quest.
