The competent authorities have taken decisions for five hotels in Santorini, Milos, Oreou Istiea, and one tourist boat shelter in Thassos.
The Ephorate of Antiquities of the Cyclades has conditionally approved the revision of the building permit for the change of design from hotel to residence, on a property allegedly owned by VISITOR EXPERIENCE – TOURIST ENTERPRISES S.A., in Perissa, Thira, because during the inspection of the subsoil with test sections, no antiquities were identified, the hotel unit is located at a sufficient distance from existing protected monuments and the construction will not cause damage to the environment of the declared archaeological site.
The building department of the municipality of Milos granted a permit for a new arrangement of rooms, common areas, and surrounding area and the construction of a new swimming pool in a hotel in Milos, for its upgrade to a 5-star category, owned by the company I. & A. ANESTIS OE
The Municipality of Karystos has given a positive opinion on the Environmental Impact Study for the environmental licensing of a classic-type hotel, with a capacity of 267 beds, in the Lefka area of ??Nea Styron, Karystos, owned by the company AKTI AFRODITIS HOTEL & TOURIST ENTERPRISES OF LEKA BROS. S.A.
The building department of the municipality of Istiea-Edipsos has granted a permit for the change of use from hotel to residences, apartments, change of use of the basement to a loft, addition and completion of the second-floor building frame, and completion of the apartments in Oreoi, Istiea-Edipsos, owned 50% each by Messrs. Bratse Doriana and Sameti Ervis.
