Two investment projects in tourism were approved by the Interministerial Committee for Strategic Investments, which met for the 4th time so far in 2025.
The investments are:
Construction of an integrated tourism development under the title “PHAEA – South Crete: Integrated Tourism Development Plan” by the company Myrina Village Tourist and Hotel Enterprises Sole Proprietorship S.A., in the location “Skouros”, on the south coast of the Municipality of Viannos, in Heraklion, Crete, with a budget of 121.11 million euros. The complex will include 140 rooms and 30 tourist residences.
Construction of an energy-independent tourist development called Diaporos Green Retreat at the “Korakia” location of the Diaporos islet in Halkidiki, with a budget of 41.7 million euros. The complex will include 13 ground-floor villas and 13 two-story independent bungalows (76 rooms in total), which will be combined with a central building.
