The competent authorities took decisions for 10 tourism and hotel businesses located in Varkiza, Alimos, Hersonissos Heraklion Crete, Loutraki, Lefkada, Xanthi, Ikaria, Skyros, Mytilene and Tripoli.

The building department of the municipality of Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni approved the execution of works on the premises of the Island tourist enterprise camping in Varkiza, owned by the company TOURIST ENTERPRISES VARKIZAS S.A. and specifically the support of a slope to prevent landslides.
The building department of the municipality of Alimos granted a pre-approval permit for development period works at the Alimos Marina, owned by the Hellenic Republic Investment Fund (HRADF), with the company ANAPTYXI NEAS MARINAS MONOPROSOPI S.A. as the tenant.
The General Directorate of Spatial Planning, Environmental and Agricultural Policy of the Decentralized Administration of Crete, approved the Environmental Terms of the WATERCITY water amusement park, owned by the company CRETAN PARKS S.A., which is located in the Xirokampos Kato Vathia area, on the Heraklion Peninsula of Crete.
The building department of the municipality of Loutraki-Perachora-Agioi Theodoroi approved the small-scale construction works for the repair of the facade of a building used as a hotel located in Loutraki, owned by the company GRAND HOTEL S.A.
The building department of the municipality of Lefkada approved small-scale building works related to internal and external arrangements, repairs and landscaping of a hotel located in Karya, Lefkada, leased by the company VOLDI DPM LTD.
The building department of the municipality of Xanthi granted a building permit for the change of use of a hotel located in Xanthi, into residential apartments, owned by the company PREMIA REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY ANONYME.
The building department of the municipality of Ikaria granted a building permit for 2 new tourist detached houses in the location of Kampos Fournon, Korseon, owned by Mrs. Papakosta Iros – Aikaterini 50% and Papakosta Ioanna – Margarita 50%.
The building department of the municipality of Kymi-Aliveri granted pre-approval for a building permit for the construction of 5 new buildings with a basement and three swimming pools with the use of a 4-star hotel on Molos, Skyros, owned 50% by Mr. Kannas Dimitrios and 50% by Ms. Samouris Eleni.
The Department of Modern Monuments and Technical Works of the North Aegean approved the study of accessibility for people with disabilities in the building classified as a historical monument, allegedly owned by THEOPISTI ANON. HOTEL COMPANY, located at 49 E. Venizelou, within the city plan of Mytilene, because the proposed works do not cause direct or indirect damage to the protected monument.
Furthermore, the procedures for the construction of a 5-storey hotel at the intersection of 79-81 Ethnikis Antistasis Street and 5 V. Oikonomidou Street in Tripoli are progressing. In this context, facilities have been provided for the implementation of traffic regulations to the AKTOR Group of Companies, which has undertaken the execution of the project. Upon completion of the project, the roadway and sidewalk will be fully restored and will be returned to traffic in its original form.
