The competent authorities have taken decisions for 5 hotels located in Heraklion, Nafplio, Rhodes, Evia and Corfu.
In detail:
The building department of the municipality of Heraklion granted a building permit for the addition of swimming pools to building E and building A of the KYKNOS hotel located in Hersonissos, Heraklion, owned by the company G.TSAMANDOURAS AXTEE.
The building department of the municipality of Nafplio has granted a permit for small-scale building works for the exterior design of the AGAMEMNON HOTEL located on Miaouli Beach in Nafplio, owned by the company AGAMEMNON S.A.
The building department of the municipality of Rhodes has granted a permit for small-scale building works concerning repairs to the LINDOS PRINCESS HOTELS hotel located in Rhodes, owned by the company IOANNIS CHATZILAZAROU S.A.
The General Directorate of Ports, Port Policy and Maritime Investments approved the execution of 4 marine sample drillings in Megalonisos of the Petali complex for the Tourist Port Facility project of the Strategic Investment under integration “Development of a luxury eco-resort and luxury residences in Petali, Evia”.
Among other things, the decision states that all necessary safety, environmental protection and navigation safety measures must be taken during the execution of the works with the care of the interested party, who is obliged to deal with any pollution incident.
It is also noted that all machinery that will be used to carry out the works must carry the required certificates in force.
Finally, the interested party must notify the relevant Port Authority before the start of drilling, while the work schedule must be adhered to.
The building department of the municipality of Corfu and Diapontia Islands granted a small-scale work permit for changes to the layout of interior spaces and rooms for new 5-star classification criteria of the IONIAN PRINCES hotel located in Corfu, owned by the company ZEMPO TOURIST PRIVATE CAPITAL.
