Authorities have made decisions regarding five hotels located in Heraklion, Crete; Pythagoreio, Samos; Corfu; Rhodes; and Palairos in AktioVonitsa.

The building service of the Municipality of Heraklion approved small-scale construction works for maintenance, hygiene, operational, and energy upgrades of the I-RESORT BEACH HOTEL & SPA in Hersonissos, owned by SKYSERV AE.
The General Directorate of Antiquities and Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture decided, under conditions, to approve floor reconstruction works in an uncovered area of a hotel complex owned by XENODOCHEIA & TOURISTIKI AEGEAN S.A., located in Glyfada, Pythagoreio, Eastern Samos Municipality, within Zone A of absolute protection of the archaeological site of Pythagoreio. The approval is granted because the main buildings predate current urban planning regulations and the proposed interventions are small-scale, with no excavations or permanent constructions, thus not altering the shape or volume of existing buildings and not causing visual or structural damage to the archaeological site.
The building service of the Municipality of Central Corfu and the Diapontia Islands approved small-scale construction works such as paving, pergolas, and interior modifications at the LIAPADES BEACH HOTEL in Corfu, owned by ELLINIKA XENODOCHEIA AE.
The building service of the Municipality of Rhodes approved small-scale construction works for maintenance and outdoor area improvements at the SUN BEACH LARDOS hotel in Rhodes, owned by GE DI MA PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY.
The building service of the Municipality of the Holy City of Messolonghi granted pre-approval for a building permit for the reconfiguration of a room, the addition of two rooms in the basement, and a boiler installation space at a 4-star hotel in Palairos, owned by FILOXENIA PALEROS IKE.
