Vouliagmeni: The building service of the Municipality of Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni has approved small-scale construction works for internal rearrangements and modifications at a hotel on Litos Street 11, in the Vouliagmeni area of Attica, owned by THE MARGI AE.
Rethymno: The building service of the Municipality of Rethymno has approved small-scale construction works for the change of layout in a ground floor section to create a breakfast area at the VILLA ADELE hotel located in Platanias, Rethymno, owned by HELLENIC TECHNICAL HOTELIERS SA.
Hersonissos: The Directorate of Environmental and Spatial Planning of the Decentralized Administration of Crete has approved the technical environmental study for the installation and operation of a mobile unit for managing C&D waste (Construction and Demolition Waste) that will result from the construction of an existing 3-star hotel with 250 beds in Anissaras, Hersonissos, owned by ANISSA SA (formerly M.THALASSINOS SA), outside the boundaries of the settlement.
Zakynthos: The building service of the Municipality of Zakynthos has approved small-scale construction works at the 3-star Dennys Inn hotel located in Zakynthos, owned by AFI VITSOU SA, for colorings, repairs, the construction of a pergola, fencing on an off-plan area, as well as paving around the pool area and reducing the pool depth to 1.45 meters.

Santorini: The building service of the Municipality of Thira has approved small-scale construction works for colorings, repairs, internal rearrangements, changes of use, the installation of photovoltaic systems, and the construction of entrance spaces at the 3-star classic SELINI HOTEL located in Santorini, owned by Maria Syriou, Odysseas Chalkias, Theonis Syriou, and Iulianous Detsis, with the hotel operated by SELINI Hotel.
