September 25–28: The Soul Hub x W Costa Navarino: A Silent Sound Wellness Retreat
A comprehensive wellness experience from The Soul Hub, where sound becomes the rhythm that leads to movement, meditation and liberation. The retreat includes yoga with live DJ sets on the beach, breathing exercises with silent headphones, hiking and guided journaling on the magical beach of Voidokilia, meditation in the water and much more.

October 11–12: Messinia Open Water Swimming
For the second year, Transition Sports welcomes athletes of all levels for a two-day swimming retreat in the historic bay of Navarino. With the backdrop of Chelonisi and the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea, the two routes, 2km. from the island to the coast and 4km around the island, invite participants to test their endurance. A shorter route along the coast specially designed for families, invites young and old to enjoy the swimming experience together.
