The presentation of Greece’s new institutional instruments for developing the audiovisual sector and the cultural and creative industries was at the heart of the visit carried out by General Secretary for Information and Communication Lefteris Kretsos to Shanghai on June 16-18, in the framework of the oldest and largest Film and Cinema Festival of China, and one of the largest in Asia, ANA reports.
Kretsos, at the invitation of the Shanghai Festival, took part in the official opening ceremony of the Festival and presented to more than 100 Chinese producers the latest investment incentive to produce audiovisual works in Greece (cash rebate 25 pct, v. 4487/2017 ) and answered their questions.
