First Yachting Festival in the Alimos Marina of Athens, Greece

Greek Professional Yacht Owners Bareboat Association (SITESAP) organizes the 1st Yachting Festival of Maritime Tourism  in Greece.

The show will be held in the Marina of Alimos, which is the largest marina in the country and the main base of professional yachts in Attica.

Interested parties can call the organizers for details at (0030) 2110129575 or send email to yachtingfestivals@yachtingfestivalsathens.com.

The Association  was founded in 1996 to represent Professional Yacht Owners without crew as well as promoting the Greek Yachting industry.

It currently represents approximately 500 members and 1300 professional yachts up to 20 meters in length. It is represented throughout Greece by selected members.

These professional sailing yachts today constitute the main fleet of Marine Tourism in Greece, attracting many tourists from around the world and supporting financially a wide range of businesses in small and forgotten islands with remote transportation or none at all.

The professional members of the sector with their continuous efforts to maintain high standards have positioned Greece at the top of the international list of marine tourism destinations, proposing alternative, environmentally friendly vacations.

In order to powerfully promote Greek Yachting throughout the world, SITESAP continuously organizes public events and intervenes in local and national authorities.
