A unique traditional sailboat regatta took place during the weekend in the Lo Bay of the Vrontados village on Chios island.
Eleven sailboats with a total of 50 crew members took part in the second Classic Dinghies Regatta mesmerizing the crowd.
Specifically, a pair of Vaurien two-seater racing sail boats from 1957, a single two-seater Enterprise racing sail boat, three 10-row racing row boats, one 1974 Laser racing boat, one 1980 Laser Standard, one 1989 polyester racing boat, and another pair of two-seater wooden canoes all participated in the unique regatta.
