The Flisvos Marina was awarded with a particularly significant “platinum” distinction, the 5 Gold Anchors Platinum, the highest distinction of the Global Gold Anchor Scheme, and is one of the most remarkable marinas in the world, ANA reports.
Flisvos Marina is the second mega-yacht marina in Europe to win the Platinum accreditation, while at the same time it is the first and only marina in the South-East Mediterranean that exceeds the five Golden Anchors.
The special award ceremony was held on Saturday, October 27, 2018, at the Maritime Navigation Museum at the marina, with the completion of the ICOMIA World Marinas Conference 2018, which took place in Greece from October 25 to October 27.
