Greece’s Minister of Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy Christos Stylianides had a phone conversation with T?rkiye’s Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya on Tuesday, ANA reports.
Their communication focused on the ongoing collaboration between the two countries in managing migration flows.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, the discussion took place in a positive atmosphere. Stylianides and Yerlikaya reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the existing good cooperation. They also agreed to enhance cooperation between the Greek and Turkish coast guards and maintain regular contact.
