By decision of the Minister of Economy, Development and Tourism George Stathakis and Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Tourism Elena Kountoura, Mr. Spyros Alexiou is appointed new President of the Greek National Tourism Organization (EOT).
Mr. Alexiou is a Professor at Central Greece Technical University and replaces Ms. Elizabeth Chatzinikolaou who resigned from the position.
In addition, Athens lawyer Evridiki Kourneta enters the EOT Board of Directors taking the place of Mr. Konstantinos Vlachogiannis who has resigned since early August.
