A working meeting aimed at developing a strategy for the development of cruising in the city is being organized by the Agios Nikolaos Chamber of Commerce. The theme of the event is:
“The Future and Present of Cruising in Agios Nikolaos” and will bring together all stakeholders from the local government, professional associations and the tourism industry.
The event will take place on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 7:00 PM, in the ground floor hall of the Lassithi Chamber of Commerce.
Cruising is a pillar with enormous potential for the economic and tourist development of the region. The meeting aims to exchange views, present challenges and submit proposals, in order to formulate a common strategy that will enhance the city’s competitiveness as a cruise destination, as emphasized in a relevant announcement.
The participation of all stakeholders is considered essential, as the success of the project depends on coordinated action and cooperation.
