Greek Volos port reports higher turnover in first 8-month of 2016

The Volos Port Authority, which manages the port in the central Greek mainland city, this week announced an increase in turnover by 17.7 percent over the first eight-month period of the year, reaching 3.571 million euros, and up from 2.975 million euros from the corresponding period in 2015.

Revenues compared to expenditures also increased during the same period, with the difference at 1.255 million euros in the first eight months of 2016, up from 852,000 euros in the same period of 2015.
