“The efforts for safe trips with ferries continues and will continue, stated earlier on Friday, Shipping Minister and Island Policy Yiannis Plakiotakis during his visit to Piraeus port, ANA reports.
“The checks by the Coast Guard officers are complete and are carried out fast and with efficiency. Last week, unfortunately, 4,500 individuals were not allowed to board ferries as they did not have the necessary documents.
