Lesvos is first Greek Aegean island to get direct ferry link to Izmir in Turkey

Lesvos is to become the first Greek Aegean island connected to Izmir via a direct ferry service, ANA reports.

The first ferry from Izmir to the port of Mytilene has been scheduled to arrive on Friday, June 17. Based on the schedule, there will be two ferry journeys per week, every Friday and Sunday, with the modern, 400-seat catamaran IHSAN ALYNAK, owned by the shipping company IZDENIZ.
