Passenger traffic in Greek ports grew by 11.4 pct during 2024 Q1

The total passenger traffic in Greek ports in the 1st quarter of 2024 recorded an increase of 11.4 percent compared with the 1st quarter of 2023, ANA reports.

An increase of 16.7 percent was recorded in the corresponding comparison of the 1st quarter of 2023 with the 1st quarter of 2022, the Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) said on Thursday.

Furthermore, the total movements of goods in Greek ports in the 1st quarter of 2024 decreased by 0.1 percent compared with the 1st quarter of 2023.

An increase of 9.6 percent was recorded in the corresponding comparison of the 1st quarter of 2023 with the 1st quarter of 2022.
Finally, the total traffic of mobile units in Greek ports in the 1st quarter of 2024 increased by 7.6 percent compared with the 1st quarter of 2023.

An increase of 10.5 percent was recorded in the corresponding comparison of the 1st quarter of 2023 with the 1st quarter of 2022.
