The list, which resulted from the analysis of factors – as evaluated by travelers and travel consultants – including Expedia travel data, prices and quality of accommodations, accessibility, air connectivity, climate conditions and seasonality, tourist attractiveness and travel safety and inclusion, highlighted Paros as one of the most attractive and emerging islands in the world for Americans.
The 2025 Island Hot List is the ultimate guide to island travel based on verified data and traveler reviews, and this year, its first year of compilation, global interest in island destinations has increased by 30%.
According to Expedia, travel interest in Paros is up 45% year-on-year, as shown by an analysis of interest in island accommodation, based on data from all Expedia points of sale, during the period May 13, 2024 to May 18, 2025 compared to the period May 13, 2023 to May 18, 2024, for travel from May 14, 2024 to May 14, 2026.
The island is an ideal choice for those looking for nightlife, and the ideal month to travel to it is September. A stay at the Andronis Minois hotel is recommended.
