A new timetable for the tender for the Pylos marina in Peloponnese, Greece was announced by Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund.
According to the indicative timetable of the second phase of the tender procedure for the granting of the right to use, operate, and manage the Pylos marina and part of Pylos port, the HRADF informs the Preselected Investors that:
On October 27, 2017, the virtual documentation room shall be closed and the filing dated October 30.
Marina Pylos is located in the central and northeast part of the coastal zone of the city of Pylos in southern Greece. Based on the new General Program Plan, which is under the approval of the competent authorities, Marina Pylos will have the capacity to berth 129 vessels from 8m to 30m in length.
The land area of Marina has an area of 32.195m2 and, according to the General Schedule, the proposed building factor is 20%, while the coveage rate is at 30%.
There is strong interest in Pylos marina as Kalamata, the main city in the area, and the Peloponnese in general are drawing increasing numbers of visitors.
TEMES, a member of Constantakopoulos Group, has reportedly expressed interest in the tender. The group operates the Costa Navarino hotel complex in the area. The marina of Pylos will have the capacity to harbor 129 vessels with a length of up to 30 metres.
