The Municipality of Agios Nikolaos accepted the donation of the company Mirum Hellas S.A. for the preparation of studies and the provision of support services for the licensing process for the Agios Nikolaos Marina.
The required studies have as their subject:
Phase A: Preparation of the Zoning Amendment File, which includes the rezoning of the boundaries and the integration of the new projects and infrastructures proposed for inclusion in the State Aid Program.
Phase B: Preparation of definitive studies for the port projects and the land zone infrastructures. This includes floating piers, permanent moorings, service towers for vessels, as well as the development of new shelters and playgrounds.
Phase C: Completion of construction and issuance of the decision approving the operation of the marina in accordance with the specifications and approved terms.
Mirum Hellas S.A. also offered to provide technical consulting services to expedite the necessary approvals. This includes assistance in preparing the required documentation, cooperation with the relevant ministries, and guidance of the Municipality of Agios Nikolaos at the various stages of the process, ensuring the timely implementation of the marina upgrade. The purpose of the project is to upgrade the infrastructure and operation of the Marina and, by extension, the regeneration of public space and the improvement of conditions for the city’s citizens and tourists. The implementation of the donation will be carried out at the exclusive expense and care of the Donor without the payment of any financial consideration by the Municipality.
The donor, through his own actions and taking into account the cost, quality and reliability ratio through competitive offers, selected as the implementing body of the donation MARNET S.A. TECHNICAL COMPANY ANONYME, which is staffed by a Team of Engineers registered in the Registers of Public Works Engineers in the required categories and classes of studies.
The total duration of the provision of services is set at 16 months. The investment budget amounts to 66,960 euros, including VAT.
