The capital of the Cyclades, Syros, will maintain its connection with Heraklion in Crete during the next tourist season. According to the latest opinions of the Coastal Transport Council and the proposals of the company SeaJets, this connection will be served by two high-speed ferries of the company.
The “Worldchampion Jet” will change its route from next Easter, operating the route Piraeus – Syros – (Tinos) – Mykonos – Paros – Naxos – Thira – Heraklion. The Paros Jet will also be added to the same route, with the two high-speed ferries serving the line in combination.
Details on the days and times of the routes will be announced next month. According to the initial schedule, the routes are expected to start during Holy Week and last until late September or early October of this year.
